We are looking for a HR professional who is experienced in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and thrives on a fast paced environment, complex work, and is committed to excellence in their profession.
You can expect this talent acquisition role to be unlike others you may have experienced before. Talent Acquisition Partners can be involved in projects that stretch the normal recruitment expectations and provides exposure to other aspects of HR. As a healthcare provider, our environment can be quite complex and unfamiliar, even for those who have been with the organization for a period of time. Someone that can be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and will ask a lot of questions, is more likely to succeed.
You will be welcomed and supported by a team of 9 peers and a dedicated recruitment support team of 3 individuals who are working right alongside you; experiencing the same challenges and celebrating the same wins – it is truly a collaborative group! Our Director of Talent Acquisition and Supervisor of HR are both highly involved; they bring a wealth of HR and industry knowledge to lead this team and provide guidance to you in your career.
