    We are looking for a HR professional who is experienced in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and thrives on a fast paced environment, complex work, and is committed to excellence in their profession.

     

    You can expect this talent acquisition role to be unlike others you may have experienced before.  Talent Acquisition Partners can be involved in projects that stretch the normal recruitment expectations and provides exposure to other aspects of HR.  As a healthcare provider, our environment can be quite complex and unfamiliar, even for those who have been with the organization for a period of time.  Someone that can be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and will ask a lot of questions, is more likely to succeed

      

    You will be welcomed and supported by a team of 9 peers and a dedicated recruitment support team of 3 individuals who are working right alongside you; experiencing the same challenges and celebrating the same wins – it is truly a collaborative group!  Our Director of Talent Acquisition and Supervisor of HR are both highly involved; they bring a wealth of HR and industry knowledge to lead this team and provide guidance to you in your career. 

    Responsibilities

    In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for areas of assignment. Coordinates recruitment efforts and strategies to ensure applicant flow and placement of candidates are maximized.
    • Acts as a strategic and collaborative partner with leaders at all levels of the organization. Using critical thinking skills, this position assesses, evaluates and considers the organizational and functional business requirements related to talent, based on stakeholder needs.
    • Researches, creates and implements creative sourcing strategies to generate a pool of qualified candidates for open positions and creates candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Requires on-going assessment of sourcing strategy and modifies as necessary to achieve desired outcome. Analyzes candidate’s experience and credentials to assure they meet requirements.
    • Actively collaborates with key HR leaders, Strategic HR Business Partners and department leaders in areas assigned to have an all-inclusive level of knowledge of the business and operational initiatives, business practices and/or challenges that may impact recruitment. This includes a demonstrated knowledge of assessing relevant data to support the staffing model.

    Qualifications

    Necessary skills for this role include:

    • Extreme service focus; both for candidates and customers
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent engagement, personal branding, networking

    Experience and education minimum requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) is required
    • At least one year of recruiting experience
