Project Manager Corporate Development will work on a variety of executive level projects related to growth, strategy and planning that range in size, scale and complexity based on Community Medical Centers (CMC) needs. Primary responsibilities will include developing, analyzing, and executing a project’s scope, goal, objectives, budget and deliverables; as well as identifying and appropriately engaging key stakeholders throughout the development of the project’s schedule and work plan. Each project will require unique skills, and the project manager may engage in a variety of activities including research, data analysis, information synthesis, and developing strategic communications. Project examples include but are not limited to workflow improvement, general design and construction, feasibility studies, creation of divisional business plans, policy development, and Joint Commission-related projects.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. Three (3) years' of experience managing projects. Demonstrated history in navigating cross functional/cross segment leadership groups within an organization.
PREFERRED: Project Management Professional (PMP).
